The Multi-Inventory Stock Statuses

Updated 1 year ago

The ATUM's Multi-Inventory add-on allows you to differentiate the inventories' stock statuses easily. Depending on the stock status the inventory box will change its color. Currently, we have these statuses available:

  • In stock.

  • Out of Stock.

  • On Backorder.

  • Write-Off.

  • Expired (In Stock).

  • Expired (Out of Stock).

IN STOCK

The inventory box will be green if the stock value is > 0.

OUT OF STOCK

The inventory box will be red if the stock = 0.

ON BACKORDER

The inventory box will be orange if the stock ≤ 0 and the backorder option is ON.

WRITE-OFF

The inventory box will be purple if the inventory has been written off.

EXPIRED (IN STOCK)

When the inventory reaches the BBE Date and the Expirable Inventories option is disabled. The Inventory Box will be light green and the Expiration Icon will be shown.

EXPIRED (OUT OF STOCK)

When the inventory reaches the BBE Date and the Expirable Inventories option is enabled. The Inventory Box will be light red and the Expiration Icon will be shown.
