Clicking the icon at the end of the Stock Takes List rows gives you the option to perform a quick “RECONCILE STOCK” or “BACK TO COUNTING STATUS”.
RECONCILE STOCK
Go to the Stock Takes list table.
Click on the magic wand icon at the end of the row of the Stock Take List that you want to reconcile.
The reconciliation process will run automatically.
BACK TO COUNTING STATUS
Click the arrow icon from the Actions column of any reconciled Stock Take List.
The status will revert to “Counting”.
Please note that this will not undo stock reconciliation; it only changes the status to allow editing of the Stock Take.
