By default, WooCommerce generates barcodes based on order IDs. For example, order #353 will generate a barcode using the number 353.

To customize the barcode, enter the new number in the provided field below the barcode. The change will be applied automatically.

FILTER BY BARCODE

At the top of the main orders page is a field to filter orders according to their barcodes or any product barcodes within those orders.

Enter the barcode number assigned to the order that you want to search for and click the FILTER button.
