After you have purchased and installed a premium add-on on your website, you have to activate the license for live updates.
To activate a license:
-
Go to the Stock Management Labs website and sign in with your credentials.
-
Go to the My Licenses page within your profile section.
-
Look for the add-on you want to activate and copy the license number.
-
In your WordPress admin panel, go to ATUM Inventory > Add-ons.
-
Look for the add-on you want to activate and click the blue button.
- An input field will appear below, copy the license number and click Validate button.
- When the license is validated, the background of the add-on card will change to a black color and the Installed green label will appear.
We've been notified by some users that, after activating their license, the "Install" button appears but, clicking on it, was just reloading the page and was not installing the add-on.
Almost all cases were due to one of these causes:
1. An outdated ATUM version. In this case, you just have to update to the latest available ATUM version.
2. A caching plugin or system that was affecting the "wp-admin" side (like W3 Total Cache). In this case, you just have to flush the cache or try to disable the cache plugin temporarily and try to activate the license, and install it while it's disabled. We'd also recommend you exclude the "wp-admin" side from caching to avoid issues like this.
